About This Project

As part of a whole site redevelopment and during the build, the client employed Tristen Knight Garden Design to design and project manage the construction of a beautiful brick walled wrap around garden. The client wanted a high specification garden to match the level of detail in the new house architecture. We incorporated front and back seating and dining areas so that sun and shade could be utilised as required in the changeable English weather. A classic oak pergola over clay pavers, creates a timeless tranquil walkway between the sections and pleached Field Maples, screening from overlooking windows. Mature trees and and hedging were used to provide instant wow factor and compliment some stunning existing Lime and Birch trees. Two raised beds containing Mediterranean herb gardens in the south facing garden combined a functional element with the surrounding beauty.
