Residential Development – Impington, Cambridgeshire

About This Project

We were approached by Mitre Property Developers Ltd to work on ‘Bishop Site’ a residential development in conjunction with Haysom Ward Miller Architects, Cambridge. The brief was to prepare Landscape Proposals for a development of 34 one and two bedroom apartments, with community facilities, in a desirable position next to the guided bus route. As part of the planning application plans were required for both the communal and private garden spaces, with the emphasis on offering residents a private and tranquil environment, whilst presenting a unique and innovative solution. Inspiration was taken from the historic railway station and the contemporary style of the new building.
